Closed down news agency sues fact-checking portal editor, seeking a suspended prison sentence

Due to the statement that Tanjug – the news agency that has officially been shut down but somehow miraculously continues to operate – “cannot be trusted at face value”, and allegedly untrue information about the agency’s operations and misinformation about the Coronavirus pandemic, this agency has sued the editor of fact-checking portal Fake news tracker Stefan Janjić, seeking that he receive a one-year suspended prison sentence.
