Increased number of prison sentences, as we can see from the Slavko \u0106uruvija Foundation analysis of criminal cases against journalists in the period of 2021\u20132023<\/div>\n<div class=\"report-item\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.slavkocuruvijafondacija.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Freedom-of-expression-before-the-court-Second-regular-report.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.slavkocuruvijafondacija.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Freedom-of-expression-before-the-court-Second-regular-report-1-baner-700.jpg\" alt=\"Report Image 2\" \/><br \/>\n<\/a>February 28, 2022 &#8211; The second regular report on the protection of freedom of speech in the judicial system of Serbia \u2013 \u201cFreedom of Expression before the Court\u201d takes into consideration final and binding judgments regarding the criminal offence of the endangerment of safety.
