And no explanation was provided for his absence on either occasion.<\/h2>\n<p>Trial Chamber President Sne\u017eana Jovanovi\u0107 has scheduled hearings for two more dates in October \u2013 on 25<sup>th<\/sup> and 26<sup>th<\/sup>. Together with the two previously scheduled dates (7<sup>th<\/sup> and 8<sup>th<\/sup>), this will mean a total of four hearings in October, which should make up for the fact that none of the scheduled September hearings were held.<\/p>\n<p>With the retrial for \u0106uruvija\u2019s murder entering its second year in October, the defence teams are set to begin their closing arguments at the next hearing, with each defendant and their defence lawyers allocated 90 minutes to present their arguments.<\/p>\n<p>The first-instance verdict in the trial for the 11<sup>th<\/sup> April 1999 murder of \u0106uruvija sentenced four former members of the State Security Service \u2013 Radomir Markovi\u0107, Milan Radonji\u0107, Ratko Romi\u0107 and Miroslav Kurak (who has been on the run throughout the period) \u2013 to a total of 100 years in prison, twenty years after the fact.
