According to the assessments of lawyers, if hearings continue at the same pace, a first instance judgement will not even be brought in the year ahead.<\/p>\n<p>During the April hearing, the court heard the testimony of Du\u0161an Mihajlovi\u0107, who was interior minister in the first democratic government following the change of the Slobodan Milo\u0161evi\u0107 regime in 2001, in the first years of this murder\u2019s investigation.<\/p>\n<p>His testimony, though long awaited, did not reveal anything new \u2013 reporters following the trial noted that during the two days of his testimony Mihajlovi\u0107 uttered the words \u201cI don\u2019t know\u201d and \u201cI don\u2019t remember\u201d a hundred times.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>April 18, 2017 The 18th anniversary of the murder of Slavko \u0106uruvija, owner and editor of newspapers Dnevni telegraf and Evropljanin, has been marked at the site where he was shot down on 11th April 1999.
